A few things, made clear.
Can I paste any property listing?
Yes. We use publicly available listing details when permitted. If a listing can’t be read, add a floor plan, screenshot, or room measurements and keep going. A listing alone does not establish exact dimensions.
How accurate is the fit check?
Photo models estimate room shape and furniture sizes. Supporting measurements refine the scale. The fit check uses those dimensions, furniture footprints, and a reserved space inside the door. It flags items our layout search cannot place. Walls, radiators, door swings and delivery routes still need checking. This is a planning tool, not a measured survey or an accessibility assessment.
What is included in the $49 room plan?
A review of one saved rectangular room with up to 12 furniture pieces: three layout options, their tradeoffs, a recommendation, fit concerns, a move checklist and one revision. Start with a photo estimate or sizes you have; measurements are optional. Unconfirmed sizes stay labeled as estimates. Your plan arrives in your private saved place within two business days after payment. Availability is shown before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. Saved places are private to your browser session for 30 days. Export a copy for your own records. Generate a private recovery key in My places before changing devices, or keep your export. Uploaded references are private and removed after 30 days; you can delete your data sooner.
